We Create Your Portal Account

We set up your client account and send you a magic link by email. Clicking the link lets you create your password and begin the onboarding process.

Sign Your Client Service Agreement

Before payment is set up, you'll sign your Client Service Agreement via sign.deloozedigital.co.uk. This appears on screen during onboarding — we trigger it on our end. Your signed copy is stored in your portal Documents section.

Enter Your Bank Details on the Portal

Directly on the portal page, you'll enter your bank details to set up your Direct Debit mandate. There's no separate email or link to follow — it's all right there on screen, powered by GoCardless. This takes around two minutes.

Everything Else Is Handled Automatically

Once your mandate is set up, GoCardless collects your £99/month automatically on your billing date. You'll receive a notification before each payment. You never need to do anything manually — it just runs in the background every month.

Onboarding Complete — Portal Unlocks

With your agreement signed and Direct Debit in place, your portal dashboard becomes fully accessible. Your Direct Debit mandate details are stored in the Documents section of your portal for reference.

When Will I Be Charged?

Your first payment is collected shortly after your Direct Debit mandate is confirmed. After that, payments run on the same date each month. You'll receive advance notice from GoCardless before each collection.

Is It Secure?

Yes. GoCardless is a regulated payment provider authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Your bank details are handled directly by GoCardless — we never see or store them.

Can I Cancel?

Your plan has a 12-month minimum term. After that, it rolls to monthly. You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time through your bank, but please speak to us first so we can manage the account closure properly.
