We Create Your Portal Account

We set up your client account on the portal and send you a magic link by email. This link is unique to you — clicking it lets you create your password and access your portal for the first time.

Click the link in the email, choose a password, and you're in. You'll be guided through a short onboarding process before your portal dashboard opens. This takes around 10–15 minutes and covers everything we need to get started.

Business Information Form

This is the most important part. You'll tell us about your business — your trading name, services, contact details, opening hours, and what you'd like from your website. The more detail you give us here, the better your website will be. Allow around 10 minutes for this.

Upload Your Brand Assets

Upload your logo, any photos you'd like on the website, and any other files or documents that might help us. If you don't have professional photography yet, don't worry — we can use high-quality stock images in the meantime. You can also add more files later via the Documents section of your portal.

Sign the Client Service Agreement

You'll be prompted to sign your Client Service Agreement via our secure signing portal at sign.deloozedigital.co.uk. We'll trigger this on our end — it'll appear on your screen when you reach this step. No printing required. Your signed copy is stored in the Documents section of your portal.

Set Up Your Direct Debit

Your monthly payment of £99/month is collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless. You'll complete this directly on the portal — just enter your bank details on the page. No emails, no separate links. Once set up, GoCardless handles everything automatically each month.

Confirmation — Your Portal Unlocks

Once you've completed all five steps, your portal dashboard opens up. From here you can track your website build, view invoices, submit change requests, and access all your documents.

Phase 3 · The Build

We Don't Start Building Until We Have Everything

Once your onboarding is complete, we'll review everything you've submitted. If anything is missing or unclear, we'll be in touch before we begin — so the more complete your business information and files are, the sooner we can get started.

We Design & Build Your Website

We build your website from scratch, tailored specifically to your business. Every site is custom-built — not a template, not a page builder. It's designed to look professional, load fast, and work perfectly on mobile. We aim to have your site ready to review within 1–2 weeks of receiving your content.

Phase 4 · Review & Revisions

We Share Your Preview Link

When your site is ready to review, we'll add a preview link to your portal. You'll be able to click through and see exactly how your website looks before anything goes live.

How revisions work

Two Rounds of Revisions Are Included

Your plan includes two full rounds of revisions during the build phase. Let us know what you'd like changed — text, layout, images, colours — and we'll update the site. After two rounds, any further changes are treated as content updates within your monthly allowance.

Sign Off the Website

Once you're happy with everything, let us know and we'll move to launch. By approving the site, you confirm that all content — text, images, pricing, and contact details — is accurate and correct. You take responsibility for the accuracy of content from this point.

Domain Connection

You own your domain name and are responsible for renewing it. To go live, we'll need you to grant us DNS access or make a small change to your domain settings — we'll guide you through exactly what to do. This usually takes just a few minutes.

We Publish Your Website

We connect your domain, complete all technical publishing steps, and check the site loads correctly across devices and browsers. Hosting, SSL, and security are all included in your monthly plan — there's nothing extra to set up or renew.

Launch Confirmation

We'll confirm your site is live — and your live website link will appear in your portal. Your ongoing Managed Website Plan begins from this point.
