Sign the Client Service Agreement
We'll send you a copy of our Client Service Agreement to sign. This sets out exactly what's included, the pricing, and the terms of the subscription. Have a read through — if you have any questions, just ask before signing.

Set Up Your Direct Debit via GoCardless
We collect monthly payments securely via GoCardless. You'll receive a short setup link — it takes a couple of minutes and your details are handled securely by GoCardless, not by us.

We Don't Start Building Until We Have Everything
The quickest way to get your website live is to get your content and files to us promptly. We'll chase you with a friendly reminder if needed — but the sooner you send everything over, the sooner we can get started.

Complete the Website Information Form
We'll send you a short form to fill in. It covers everything we need to build your site:

Business description · Services you offer · Contact details · Opening hours · Branding information

Upload Your Logo & Photos
Send us your logo and any photos you'd like to use on the site — we'll provide a simple upload link (Google Drive or Dropbox). You must have the right to use all images you send us. We'll confirm receipt before beginning the build.

Us
Design & Build in Framer
We design and build your website using Framer — a modern platform that produces fast, beautiful websites. Your site will include up to 5 pages (Home, About, Services, Contact, and one additional page such as Gallery, FAQ or Testimonials).

We'll also set up basic SEO — page titles, meta descriptions, and heading structure — to help your site show up in search results.

We Send You a Preview Link
Once the site is ready, we'll email you a private preview link so you can view the full website before it goes live. Take your time to review every page carefully.

Review & Revisions

How revisions work
Two Rounds of Revisions Are Included
Your plan includes two rounds of revisions during the build stage. A "round" means we make all the changes on your list and send you an updated preview. Please collect all your feedback into a single list before sending — this keeps things efficient and avoids things being missed.

Review & Send Your Feedback — Round 1
Review the preview carefully and email us your complete list of changes. Please send everything as one consolidated list rather than separate emails. You have 7 days from receiving the preview link to submit your feedback.

We Make Your Changes & Resend the Preview
We work through your list and send an updated preview. This is your second and final revision round — review it carefully and let us know if anything still needs adjusting.

Sign Off the Website
Once you're happy, let us know and we'll move forward to launch. By approving the site, you confirm that all content — text, images, pricing, and contact details — is accurate and correct. You take responsibility for the accuracy of content from this point.

You
Domain Connection
You own your domain name and are responsible for renewing it. To go live, we'll need you to grant us DNS access or make a small change to your domain settings — we'll guide you through exactly what to do. This usually takes just a few minutes.

We Publish Your Website
We connect your domain, complete all technical publishing steps, and check the site loads correctly across devices and browsers. Hosting is included in your monthly plan — there's nothing extra to set up.

Launch Confirmation
We'll email you to confirm your site is live, along with your website URL. Your ongoing Managed Website Plan begins from this point.
